Adult Lerning Centre はニュージーランドの国際都市オークランドで開講されています。フルタイムのコースとしては、オネハンガ高校に語学コースがあります。　このAdult Literacy学科の　｢英語クラス｣では、授業は毎日午前〜午後行われ、週の授業時間は20時間、レベルは５レベルです。学費は現在　週NZ$165、20週コースはNZ$3100、40週コースはNZ$6000で、私立の学校から考えると、格安の授業料が設定されています。勿論、学生ビザも取得できます。在籍者数は150名程度です。

パートタイムのコーストしては、２校が開講されています。ひとつはこのオネハンガ高校の敷地で、他方はマウント・イーデンCentreに開講された成人向け総合講座です。この講座の各コースは、主にニュージランドの成人教育の一環として運営されています。習える科目は多彩で、アート、パソコン技能、ガーデニング、ビジネス学習、不動産宅建資格、中国語、マオリ、イタリア語、ニュージーランド文化、ゴルフ､陶芸、カウンセリング資格、旅行学、ギターなど多くの講座があり、午前、午後、夕方、夜間にクラスが開かれています。この講座の英語コースはレベルが４レベルで、以下の予定で開催されます。曜日を組み合わせて受講するクラス編成で各コースとも学費は7週間でNZ＄65（5000円位）と格安です。パートタイムコースですので学生ビザの取得はできませんが長期滞在ビザの申請は可能です。

Beginners/Stage One
This class is for adults who speak very little or no English at all.  Basic skills of pronunciation, vocabulary and sentence structure will be taught.  Every Monday and Wednesday.

Pre-Intermediate
The emphasis in this class is on speaking and improving your confidence in communicating verbally.  Students will practise speaking on a range of topics.  Emphasis will be on learning new vocabulary.  Every Monday and Wednesday.
